A classic case of 'he says, she says'. Who to believe? Why not just disclose all your price and quality information and let us decide what is 'myth' versus fact? I call on insurers and providers to remove the so called gag clauses from their contracts. It would be a market coup to do it first and voluntarily. Or, you could continue to stonewall and then the legislators - as they have done in Minnesota - will force the issue. - JCR
Serious discussions about health care reform might focus less on how we pay for care and more on how much care is appropriate. - JCR
